 Each Thursday at 10 am (eastern), a diverse panel of progressive thinkers brings you news and information culled from diverse media sources from around the world. These features, which you won't see in your mainstream media outlets, are chosen to alert and awaken, inform and inspire, and possibly shock and shake you to action.
Whenever possible, the authors of the reports are invited on air to share the information first hand. The audience is encouraged to call in during the broadcast to comment, suggest, and dig deeper into the issues for possible resolutions.
This global view impacts you locally, and is presented without any agenda or bias, which often infiltrates the more traditional media.
The Progressive News Hour is co-hosted by Darryl Clark and Jimmy Andruszkewicz, Ron Weitz.
Darryl is currently a practicing naturopath, consultant, and peoples advocate. Retired from a large multi-national corporation, he brings many unique perspectives to the panel.
The Progressive News Team is rounded out by Ron Weitz, a community activist who lends a knowledgeable and insightful look at world affairs. Weitz is a former child welfare specialist, radio actor, and currently a New York City housing court guardian.
The wisdom and knowledge infused by this unique panel, combined with candid audience participation, result in a rather nontraditional approach to news gathering, analysis, and discussion.
